Hello and welcome,
If you cannot find what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Moor Dog Training was established in June 2002 in the Staffordshire Moorlands/Stoke-on-Trent area with the aim of tailoring training to you and your dogs needs and giving friendly, as well as, simple to understand teaching in a relaxed environment.
Moor Dog Training uses holistic and ethical methods of training, specialising in unconfident dogs, ‘real life’ rehabilitation of dogs with poor social skills, people new to dog ownership and educating owners on all aspects of dog ownership.
Moor Dog Training is a member of the organisations below and they require the member to pass practical and
theoretical assessments, as well as yearly CPD updates to make sure that you are given the best possible service from their member. Each organisation has a code of practice, which must be upheld by the individual.
I have achieved a level 5 University Diploma in Canine Training and Behavioural Management (Harper Adams University). I have also attended many seminars, workshops and conferences over the 20+ years…far too many to list.
I am a Kennel Club Listed Club offering, The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Training Scheme and I am also a Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Training Scheme ‘A’ list, all levels, examiner.
I examined Bronze Level GCDTS at Crufts in 2022, which was a very proud moment. I also offer, The Good Companion Awards from the APDT.
With PDTI, I am also a senior level tutor and assessor, on the annual residential course that PDTI hold at Harper Adams in Newport, Shropshire.
